Gap Analysis: An Integrated Approach to a Combined Release

This session expands on the 12 Steps to Upgrade Success

During this 100-level session, we will:
•  Learn about Workflow Analysis, Process Mapping, and Process Assessment within the scope of the Patient life cycle
•  Apply the KBM Gap Analysis Utility template information to decrease time and effort to complete a Gap Analysis
•  Apply Gap Analysis to the PM/EHR module and other areas
During this session, we'll focus on Step 7 of the 12 Steps to Upgrade Success

We will focus on:
•  Areas of PM preference, File Maintenance, PM memorized reports, EHR based reports, KBM System/Practice templates, and KBM development Best Practices
•  Updating the Testing Plan document to account for changes that can be verified/validated during testing
